Williams Round is owned and run by Joanna Williams (nee Round) who initially set up as an agri-environment services business in 2005.
Having grown up on a small-holding in south Shropshire, Jo went on to gain her honours degree in Agriculture specialising in Environmental Science at Nottingham University. She then completed a Masters in Rural Estate and Land Management at Harper Adams University College and quickly moved on to complete her training becoming a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2010.
Jo has a wealth of experience in rural matters and Williams Round advises a wide range of farmers, land owners and managers on all aspects of land management including the ever-increasing number of environmental matters that must be assessed alongside the crops, stock and the balance books!
Although mainly working with agricultural businesses, Williams Round has also completed various projects for national organisations and agencies along with local authorities.
Williams Round is pleased to welcome Victoria Pocock MRICS to the team.
Following her degree at Harper Adams University College, Victoria studied at the College of Estate Management and gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying.
Victoria worked for over 8 years at Carter Jonas specialising in rural agency and valuations as a Registered Valuer and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2010.
We are certain Victoria will be a great asset to Williams Round.
Claire Ing is Williams Round’s office manager and administrator.
Claire was born in Shropshire, left to study at Art College, married her husband and then spent the next 10 years travelling the world. Wherever they were located, the family always managed to find a home for their horses which was a great way to get to know the area. Now happily settled back home in Shropshire, when not working for Williams Round, Claire can be found renovating their cottage with the help of her husband, two young children and enthusiastic Spaniel!
